OUTSIDER: WAR ON TERRORISM CYBER INFILTRATION Chapter XII

Nippon Network

Discovering the conspiracy to behavior modify the population, Webber with the help of Ishida and Tanaka penetrated the Japanese covert operation. Networks of computers modified thought processes so that individual freedom was replaced by cloned mindless machines. Neural connections of brain circuits with computer interfaces by thought processes linked the parasite with the host universal clone. Evoked potentials concerning processing of the brain interpreted by neural computer inputs established the brain-washing capability. Electro optical transmissions to the local area network stored the inputs, and output patterns of thought. Interpretations of sensory data distorted with computer output modified perceptions. Hosts situated under a computer sensor transmitted their brain patterns to the computer. Electrophysiological molecular changes sensed by the sensor by a nanosecond communicated sensory data over elect optical networks to a processor. Single processors dedicated to each individual established a databank of brain processes flexibly modified given the commands of the front ends.

Chapter II

A molehill man is a pseudo-busy executive who comes to work at 9 am and finds a molehill on his desk. He has until 5 pm to make this molehill into a mountain. An accomplished molehill man will often have his mountain finished before lunch.

Fred Allen (1894-1957) American comic

Manager Eddie Conwine smoked his cigar as he obsessively mulled-over the statements by Willard Weber. "I dislike Willard since he is too objective. No emotion, with his smirking as he contradicts me. Is he a con?"

Smoke formed a toxic cloud above his head, as he coughed. An environmental disaster appeared to be created by the smoke that would next create acid rain, if moisture was available. His immense body appeared to be like a whale that was beached.

. He thought that Willard Weber would be like a milestone around his neck. "I'll be forever caught in Willard's net, " he thought not realizing his reference to a fish in a net.

Moving his immense body in his chair, he punched his intercom to his secretary. "Mrs. Delroy, please come in for dictation. "

A beautiful brown-haired secretary entered the room. He noticed her body an attractive face as she entered. Black secretaries were beginning to be hired by executives, since the company policies required equal-opportunities.

"I'm ready Mr. Conwine, " she mellifluously purred.

"Send this memo to the legal department, Henry Arnold. "

"Internal or Department Memo? " she asked.

"Departmental, since I don't want security to know about the contents, " he answered softly. He couldn't take his eyes off Darlene Delroy, scanning her breasts as they moved in an out as she breathed.

"What should I type? " asked Darlene as she icily stared at Eddie. Had she noticed his glance? Could she guess his intentions? Sexual harassment resulted in loss of promotions, salary reductions and firing in this company. He must take care.

"Require immediate consultation concerning a leak in the company. Meet me in the executive room tomorrow at 10 AM. Eddie Conwine, Design Department. "

Fourth Encounter is better than Fifth of Beethoven

Alien Worshiping Humans

Erin woke from her altered state of consciousness, her form appeared immense compared with her previous size. She thought she was one of the "Little People" her Irish grandfather talked about. She visited Ireland to meet him, her father slender and proud, her mother red haired with green eyes, the stereotypical beauty. However, Irish people in Ireland were not all red headed with green eyes, her mother’s sister was dark-haired, her father’s brother blond haired. Green hills and rocky shores, green valleys and mysterious nights. Her fantasies were nourished by the Emerald Eyle, four leaf clovers, and Leprocons. A cold shiver up her back, as she recalled the stories about the Lepracons, who guarded their gold with tenaciousness. Poetry, writing, songs of humor, courage and tragedy. Her eagerness to succeed and make her parents proud motivated her to the field of law. Corporate law compromised her ideals, ambulance chasing gave her gas, courtroom law strung her up to high, after defending some criminals, the court appointed her for. Government service implied politics, C.I.A. or F.B.I. Politicians seemed like hustlers, C.I.A. operatives with black ops were dirty tricks types, like the Watergate Breakin C.I.A. agents. Her choice therefore included service as an F.B.I. agent.

Finishing near the top of her class, a substantial victory for the woman’s liberation movement, she joked, ahead of the male dominated agency, made her parents proud. Field service, commendations, capturing of terrorists who burned churches of minority groups, and assignment to investigate the Universal Clone terrorist organization. Infiltrated by C.I.A. operatives, the organization increased throughout the planet, fueled by C.I.A. requirements to infiltrate foreign terrorist groups. Orders from the President to F.B.I. director Eleanor Francis McEnrod, warned of the C.I.A. plot to create another world-wide Watergate, access British, Japanese, Chinese, and French agencies, expose agents, and return with a list of operative around the world.

"Nixon neo-fascists, " President Victor Conroy, slamming his table with force, lawyers surrounding him, with legal advise about one agency spying on another government agency. F.B.I. complicity in a plot to uncover C.I.A. actions to dominate world governments.

The Senate voted 90 to 4 to approve a measure expanding the government's ability to use secret surveillance tools against terrorist suspects who are not thought to be members of known terrorist groups. Mr. Poindexter told a California audience then that "we must become much more efficient and more clever in the way we find new sources of data, mine information from the new and old, make it available for analysis, convert it to knowledge and create actionable options." He described a system that could tap into Internet mail, culling records, credit card and banking transactions and travel documents.

The United States has added the Basque nationalist party Batasuna and two predecessor groups to a list subject to financial sanctions because of suspected terrorist links, the State Department said today. The Aznar government has taken a tough line against Basque violence — ETA is blamed for more than 800 killings Germany, May 9 — A Moroccan man accused of providing logistical support to the Sept. 11 suicide pilots was indicted on murder charges today by German prosecutors.

The man, Abdelghani Mzoudi, 30, is the second person suspected of belonging to Al Qaeda to be charged in connection with a Hamburg-based terrorist cell that investigators say had a central role in the Sept. 11 plot. Mr. Mzoudi faces 3,066 counts of accessory to murder, reflecting the approximate death toll from the 9/11 attacks in the United States.

Prosecutors say that Mr. Mzoudi trained at the camp from late April 2000 until the end of July 2000 along with Mr. Motassadeq and another man suspected of being a cell member, Zakariya Essabar. Another group, which included three of the Sept. 11 hijackers, had already been through the camps.

"The trips served, above all, to come to work out the targets and details for the preparation of the attacks with Osama bin Laden and his followers," prosecutors said in their statement.

In the statement, prosecutors cited Mr. Mzoudi's close contact with other Hamburg cell members. Mr. Mzoudi lived in Mohamed Atta's apartment on Marienstrasse, after Mr. Atta left for the United States to begin flight training. Both Mr. Mzoudi and Mr. Motassadeq also signed Mr. Atta's will in 1996.

Prosecutors believe that the Hamburg cell tried to dispatch Mr. Essabar to the United States to become one of the pilots until his application for a visa was denied. They accuse Mr. Mzoudi of making three money transfers between late 2000 and early 2001 to Mr. Essabar totaling $929 to help finance his planned flight training.

German investigators say that Mr. Essabar left Hamburg for Central Asia shortly before the Sept. 11 attacks.
